As Americans we don't often stay at hotels for such a high level of hospitality! We were overly impressed by the employees, the cleanliness, and the amenities especially the spa! We did the half board so our dinner was served to us every night, it felt like a true luxurious experience, and our server Ivana took extra good care of us giving us good tips in the area and becoming one of our friends. The whole experience made us feel like locals/family! We skied all three days of our stay, and the short walk in the morning was perfect to keep us away from the louder aprés about close enough to easily get to the mountain each morning and home in the afternoon. We will cherish our time in Kitzbühel at the Q!

She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from local recommendations to making our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel was excellent. The area for leaving ski equipment was warm and spacious. The sauna area was great and the small gym a bonus. Best of all was the excellent lounge/bar area in the hotel - very well decorated and made for relaxation. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of food available.

Breakfast was good and the staff was so friendly and helpful! They had a little paper every morning with the breakfast menu that said the ski conditions and a recommendation for some local activity, which introduced us to things to do that we wouldn’t have known about

Staff was so friendly, room was almost perfect with a beautiful balcony. Breakfast was good enough and meet my expectations. Car park is not in the hotel but it is maximum 5 minutes on foot, so I can't say I was unhappy with that. It was a pleasure to stay there.
